Sarah Brandner was born on 12th December 1988 in Munich, Germany. Sarah is not by any means the first WAG who has worked as a model. She became a model like many when she was discovered on the streets by an agent who spotted her and asked her if she would be interested in modelling. At first she wasn't so sure, especially because she was only fifteen years old at the time.

At 5'11" tall and with a perfect figure (84-60-90) Sarah eventually decided to venture into modelling and was soon on the books of Place Models in Hamburg, Germany.
She is perhaps best known for featuring in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Body Painting Issue, along with Abbey Clancy, Bethany Dempsey, and Melissa Satta. She has also done notable work for German magazine Bild, and GQ Germany.

It was during her time at school where at a social event she first met footballer Bastian Schweinsteiger, but it wasn't until they met again in Ibiza in 2007 that they started dating, and the couple now live together in Munich.

Her modelling career has taken Sarah to change her residence address several times from Milan to New York and from New York to Munich, where she is currently living with her famous beau.

Kate Fletcher has literally flown the nest!

Originally Kate was a cheerleader for 'The Gully Girls' the cheerleading team of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. However a month ago she defected to join 'The Crystals,' the cheerleaders of bitter rivals Crystal Palace Football Club.

And in a ironic twist of fate the singer/songwriter/actress and dancer joins her sister Kim, already a member of 'The Crystals' in her first performance of the season today (Saturday 1st December), in front of the Albion fans she used to wow, as Crystal Palace take on Brighton at Selhurst Park.

It echoes former Albion player Glenn Murray who made the trip up the A23 last year to join Palace, and then scored on his return a few months later, as 'The Eagles' became the first team to beat 'The Seagulls' at home in the league since they moved to their new £100m stadium in Falmer.

The 20 year-old's switch has propelled her into the spotlight much like a new star signing might expect! The move has created much discussion on Club messageboards and she has been interviewed by local newspapers in both Croydon and Sussex, who have been following the story in some detail.

'The Crystals' have added some much-needed vibrancy, glamour and pizazz to the Selhurst Park match day experience since they made their debut in December 2010. They help promote the Club through their media work, and last July they created their own dance routine to Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen's monster hit 'Call Me Maybe.' Their second video released in October sees the cheerleaders dancing to PSY’s number one hit 'Gangnam Style' in and around Crystal Palace’s stadium, and are joined in some scenes by the club’s mascot. Both videos proved to be smash hits on YouTube and made 'The Crystals' overnight internet sensations .

It will be no surprise if I tell you that the girls have shot a Christmas video, a cover of Marie Carey's 'All I Want for Christmas Is You,' which you can watch exclusively here!

Claire is the vice-captain of the 'The Crystals,' the official cheerleaders of Crystal Palace Football Club. 'The Crystals' are a regular feature on match days at Selhurst Park, entertaining the fans at every home game.

The girls are all huge Crystal Palace fans themselves and regularly feature and promote the Club through their media work. This morning (Saturday 1st Sept) they will be appearing, not for the first time, on Sky Sports Soccer AM.

In the summer 'The Crystals' were runners-up in their bid to become the official 'Team GB' cheerleaders for the London Olympics 2012.

Last July they created their own dance routine to Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen's monster hit 'Call Me Maybe.'

The video features the cheerleaders performing along to the song in and around the Selhurst Park stadium, and it has proved a smash hit on YouTube with nearly one and a half million views. Here is the video that made 'The Crystals' an overnight internet sensation!

Babe of the Month - Keri-Anne Payne, British Olympian

Keri-Anne Payne was born in Johannesburg, South Africa to British parents. She started swimming aged four, and was noticed aged eight by British Swimming's national performance director Bill Sweetenham at a training camp in South Africa. As a result, the family returned to the UK to live in Heywood, Greater Manchester, when she was 13 years-old.

Keri-Anne broke through into senior swimming just two days after her 17th birthday when she won 400m Freestyle gold at the European Short Course Championships in Vienna - her first senior international meet.

After finishing fourth and sixth in the 800m Freestyle and 400m Individual Medley events respectively at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Payne turned her attention to open water events.

At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Keri-Ann won the silver medal in the inaugural 10km marathon swim. As one of the most memorable events of the Beijing Olympics, the marathon swim led to an explosion of public interest and participation in open water swimming events in the UK and worldwide. She also swam for Team GB in the 200m and 400m individual medley events.

Keri-Anne's stature in this exciting new sport of open water swimming heightened when she was crowned world champion at the 2009 World Championships in Rome.

Payne continues to combine open water and pool swimming and captured her first senior long course medal in the pool at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, claiming bronze in the 400m Individual Medley.

In 2011 in Shanghai, Payne reclaimed the World Championship in the 10 km Open Water event, becoming in the process the first British athlete in any sport to confirm qualification for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. 

Keri-Anne follows the Sale Sharks Rugby Team. Her favourite film is The Count of Monte Cristo and she is a fan of the band The Killers.

Babe of the Month - Queen of the Long Jump

Darya Igorevna Klishina was born 15th January 1991, in Tver, Russia. Having spent most of her childhood in Tver, a small town in Russia, Darya moved to Moscow to pursue athletics.

The 21 year old is known for her technical finesse in sprinting and jumping, which is remarkable given her tender years. She has become a popular figure for her ability to balance her carrier with the media attention she attracts owing to her good looks.

Darya achieved star status when, in June 2010, she leapt an incredible 7.03 meters in a long jump event in Zhukovskiy, Russia, setting a new Russian junior record. She has won gold in the European Junior Championship for long jump twice. The first was at the Novi Sad European Junior Championship in Serbia in July 2009, and the second was in Paris at the European Indoor Championships in March 2011.

Her long jump personal best stands at 7.05 metres, which she set in July 2011 in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

With the Olympics only months away, her focus is now firmly on London 2012. A fit Darya Klishina is within range to wrest the coveted gold medal from her rivals.

Sophie Horn is a 25 year-old English born rose who can boast an impressive Curriculum Vitae that includes all of the following: GOLFER - MODEL - TV PRESENTER - MAGAZINE COLUMNIST and PERSONAL TRAINER.

Sophie is a qualified Personal Trainer (Premier Training Level 3) and was a finalist in the ‘Maximuscle Body of 2009′ competition. She has been featured in 'Sport Magazine' twice (August 2009 and April 2011) and then most notably was featured in Sports Illustrated (August 2010). After Sophies feature in SI she became the most searched name on Google for two days.

Last year, Sophie Horn really did reach the top of the world when both MTV.com and Sports Illustrated voted her The World's Sexiest Golfer.


Sophie was recently been appointed a 'De Vere Club Ambassador,' along with Freddie Flintoff and Harry Redknapp. Since becoming a De Vere Club Ambassador she’s been featured in a number of major golf magazines and on radio.

Beatriz Recari Eransus (born 21st April 1987) is a Spanish professional golfer on the U.S based LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour (LET).

Born and raised in Pamplona in northern Spain, Beatriz won the 2004 Spanish Amateur Golf Championship and the 2005 French Amateur Golf Championship. In 2005, she was also a member of 'Team Europe' in the Junior Solheim Cup.

She qualified for the Ladies European Tour in November 2005 and turned professional at age 18, for the 2006 season. She won her first tournament as a pro in her fourth LET season at the 2009 Finnair Masters in Helsinki, Finland.

Beatriz won her first LPGA event in October 2010 at the CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge at Blackhawk Country Club in northern California, and made the cut in her final five events to finish as runner-up to compatriot Azahara Muñozthe for the title of 2010 LPGA Rookie of the Year.

So far in 2011 Beatriz has played in 17 tournaments, making the cut 13 times, with a best finish of tied 11th at the Shoprite LPGA Classic at the Bay Course, Dolce Seaview Resort, New Jersey.

This month Beatriz is off to Asia where there are LPGA tournaments in South Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan. There are also LET events being held in Sanya and Shanghai in China.

Philippa Charlotte Middleton (Pippa) was born on the 6th September 1983, in Reading, Berkshire. She is the second of three children, and the only sister of Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge.

Pippa was initially educated at St Andrew's School, Pangbourne, then at Downe House, a girls' boarding school in Cold Ash, and finally at Marlborough College.

She then followed her sister to higher education in Scotland, attending the University of Edinburgh to study English literature.

She was the maid of honour at her sister's Royal Wedding to Prince William on the 29th April 2011.

The bride's sister, looked the picture of elegance on the morning of the Royal Wedding, as she fulfilled her maid of honour duties with aplomb, calmly shepherding the tiny bridesmaids into Westminster Abbey before returning outside to arrange her sister’s train.

The slinky white cowl-neck gown she wore was made by Alexander McQueen designer Sarah Burton, and showcased her enviably slim figure, with the cap sleeves keeping it youthful. The back of her dress, revealed as she carried Kate's train into the Abbey, was studded with tiny silk-covered buttons.

She wore lily-of-the-valley in her hair, which was styled identically to her sister’s in a demi-chignon.

Pippa had featured in various pre-wedding photos of her sister shopping for the 'Big Day.'
However until she appeared on the morning of her sister's wedding, stepping out of the Abbey to meet her sister's car, the general public was not aware of how stunningly attractive she truly is.

She has now confirmed herself as one of the most eligible single girls in London society, although Miss Middleton is understood to be dating Alex Loudon, a friend of Prince William's who is a former professional cricketer for Kent and Warwickshire, and now works in the City.

Pippa, who at 27 is two years younger than Kate, works as a party planner for a company called Table Talk for three days a week, and spends the rest of her time running the online magazine Party Time, an off-shoot of the Middleton's party supply company, Party Pieces.

"Pippa has a reputation as being the really fun one, slightly louder and more outgoing than Kate," Tatler magazine editor Catherine Ostler tells the Royal Diary. "She’s a Chelsea party girl, almost to the extreme."
