Spider-mouse! The Incredible Dulk! Disney Marvel Crossovers!
Yes, believe it, people, the Mouse owns Spidey's ass now, and there's nothing we can do about it.
You gotta admit though, this throws up all sorts of possibilities. No I couldn't care less about all the business business bits. I'm talking about how seeing as Disney owns Marvel, Pixar AND their own Disney characters, think of all the FUN they could have with crossovers!
Imagine...
1) Spider-mouse - A mouse with unusually large ears is bitten by a HUGE radioactive spider (huge to the mouse, that is). He gains special powers - growing to human being-size, gains the ability to talk (in a VERY squeaky voice) and to stick on walls that are not covered with rat poison. With great powers come great merchandising rights, so Spider-mouse goes on to use those powers to drive a steamboat, woo Minnie Mouse, and sell merchandise by the billions. Also guest stars
2) The Incredible Dulk
A mild-mannered duck accidently flies into a gamma ray testing field while escaping some hunters, and is turned into a GIANT GREEN MONSTER (with a beak) who starts throwing tantrums and goes after the hunters yelling "QUACLK SQUESSSSH!!!!" Surprisingly, while the rest of his body turns green, his beak remains yellow. Also, he ends up wearing ONLY a shirt (no pants) which seems to magically expand as he grows bigger.
3) The Fantasia Four Four characters - a mouse, a duck, a goofy-looking dog, and an orange dog are one a road trip in an RV when it is hit by cosmic rays. They then get superpowers (as usual). The mouse gains the ability to command brooms and expand his ears like a rubber mat and calls himself Mr. Fantasia. The duck can turn invisible (but strangely, his beak remains visible). Goofy can turn himself into a living bonfire, which comes in real handy when the gang are roasting marshmallows during their road trips. And Pluto? He gets turned into an orange rock.
4) Plutolt
All his life, Pluto thought he was a superdog. He never seemed to die or get injured when he fell down wells, got hit by large rocks and anvils, or when he smashed into trees while chasing chipmunks. Then he gets lost one day and discovers that he was just a very lucky dog. He then has to find his way home accompanied by two talking chipmunks, an Arisocat, and 101 Dalmations.
5) Toy Story 2.5: The Attack of the Superhero Action Figures
A completely stand-alone story set in between the events of Toy Story 2 and 3, this movie sees Woody, Buzz and gang having to defend themselves and Andy's Room from an attack by Sid's new Marvel Legends superhero action figures. Features Rex the dinosaur headbutting The Incredible Hulk! Woody using his puppet strings against Spider-man! Buzz uses his karate-chop grip against Iron Man (with swinging punch action)! The Little Green Army Men gang up against the Wasp and Ant Man! Little Bo Peep using her staff to whack a plastic Emma Frost (with a face sculpt that looks like a transvestite)! And the greatest battle of them all... Mr. Potatohead taking on Spider-Spud!

Exclusive Hot Bollywood Actress Love affair with cricketers
It looks like Bollywood ’s love affair with cricket is not limited to the ongoing Indian Premier League. Rather, the players seem to be besotted to tinseltown’s heroines -- or is it the other way around? Recently, there were reports of Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni dating south Indian actress Lakshmi Rai.
According to the grapevine, the model-turned Tamil actress met Dhoni when he was leading the Chennai Super Kings in last year’s IPL matches, and the two have become an item.
Of course, Rai denied the rumours.
Like Dhoni and Rai, there have been quite a few link-ups in the past. We take a look at some of the recent and most prominent ones: Isha Sharvani and Zaheer Khan
The pretty 23-year-old actress, who acted in films like U Me Aur Hum and Luck By Chance, was reportedly dating the 30-year old left arm pace bowler for two years before calling it quits in 2007.
Rumours of the two getting back together were doing the rounds when they were spotted at a gym. However, nothing came out of it as Isha is now reportedly seeing a London-based filmmaker . Kim Sharma and Yuvraj Singh She’s famous for her role in Mohabbatein while he’s the dashing left-handed batsman, who can also bowl a mean spin.
The two dated for four years before calling it quits. According to reports, the two split because Yuvraj’s mother disapproved of Kim and her lifestyle. There were also rumours that the Kim was seeing Vivek Oberoi which then led to the split.
Deepika Padukone and Yuvraj Singh
Yuvi makes the list again -- this time, with Deepika, who is now dating Ranbir Kapoor.
What gave rise to the link-up rumours was that the two were seen together on a number of occasions during the India-Pakistan one-day series. Deepika also attended Yuvraj’s birthday party right after the India-Pakistan Test match in Bangalore. Karishma Kotak and Yuvraj Singh
Yuvraj seems to be quite the ladies man. He has been spotted many times with London-based model Karishma Kotak, best known for her work as a Kingfisher calendar girl.
If the rumours are true, we wonder how long will this hottie, who made her acting debut in Shankardada Zindabad, a Telugu remake of Lage Raho Munna Bhai, hold Yuvi’s attention. Shriya Saran and Sreesanth We’ve heard that men love the chase but in this case, it was apparently the woman, who did all the chasing.
Apparently, the south siren was so smitten by the cricketer at a fashion week party that she went out of her way to impress him. Shriya fussed over the cricketer and never left his side during the event.
Sayali Bhagat and Shoaib Malik
Now this one is confusing. According to some, the 25-year old former Miss India fell in love with the Pakistani cricketer. The two then embarked on a long-distance relationship.
But Shoaib has denied the romance, called the relationship a friendship.
Then, there is the matter of a film that the two are supposed to be doing together by Wilson Louis. The film is a love story between a cricketer and a model. The two are said to be playing themselves in the movie.

`-` hot :: koena mitra `-`
Kings Conveniently Declare Dependence.
The album is called Declaration of Dependence, and judging from the first song that's available - Mrs. Cold; they haven't changed the formula around much. And that's just the way we like it, isn't it?
The album's due to drop on 20 October. I wouldn't count on it making its way around here through the ah... conventional avenues though. And even if it does, it's likely to be damn expensive. Sighhh...
Anyway, head on over to The Yellow Stereo to listen the King's of Convenience's new song now!
The Physio Room - Injury Update
As well as a full programme of English Premier League fixtures last weekend, we also had the 2nd round of the Carling Cup and some UEFA Europa League matches in midweek too.
Which players from the English Premier League came away unscathed from the last 7 days of action on the field, and who on 'millionaires row' picked up a bump or a bruise that might rule them out of their teams' weekend EPL game.
I can tell you the team with most to worry about in terms of injuries at the moment is Birmingham City, although they have several players due back this weekend, whilst Sunderland and Wigan it would appear have the least to worry about in terms of injury woes.
Click on the 'link' to find out the latest on your Club's injury worries, and how soon it will be before some of your teams high profile player's will be back in action.
Take An Inch and Listen For a Mile
I found out about Singaporean chick Inch Chua's new EP The Bedroom through a friend's Facebook, and promptly went over to download it. For Free.
What can I say, I'm a sucker for free music. Even though I had no idea who Inch Chua was.... Heh. I was curious about her though. I mean... her name is INCH Chua. And you know me, give me an inch, and I'll take a Meter. Heh heh. (ok lawak 20 sen. sowi.)
Anyway, I quite like her voice... very soothing and cute even, in a very Submarines kinda way. First song Rule The World starts off with a beat that seems strangely feng-tau at first, does get a little infectious after a while. Can't say I'm a big fan of the electronica flourishes though., but it's still a pretty decent song.
As for the other songs, Aqueous Oblivion my favorite in the EP. It's a nice little acoustic number, which along with the last two are also nice little indie pop-folk kinda songs.
It's not a bad EP, plus it's free for download. And for that, I vote Inch Chua's The Bedroom EP as WIN!
Go check it out people. You can download it HERE, or by clicking on the picture ON THE TOP. The bottom picture takes you to an 'Inchterview' (heh heh) with Inch which is more than a few inches long.
Ok, fine. enough measurement jokes. Hmpfff.
